  • Works with OEM exhaust manifolds and most aftermarket exhaust/header combinations without modification.
  • For Acura Integra Type-R (B18C5) applications: the lower support bracket at the transmission inspection plate must be removed for proper fitment.
  • Includes 1/2" NPT bungs for turbo/supercharger oil drain back and oil temperature sender — no welding required for forced induction setups.
  • Gasket and installation hardware not included — use OEM B-series oil pan gasket or equivalent.

The Moroso 20910 is a road race baffled steel oil pan engineered specifically for Honda and Acura B-series engines — covering all VTEC and non-VTEC variants including the B16A1, B16A2, B16A3, B16B, B18A1, B18B1, B18C1, B18C5, and B20 family. Designed from the ground up for circuit racing, time attack, autocross, and high-performance street use, the 20910 addresses one of the most common failure points in aggressive B-series builds: oil starvation during sustained lateral G-loads, hard braking, or aggressive acceleration that can uncover the oil pump pickup in a stock pan. With 6 trap doors, 2 internal baffles, and a removable sump tray, the 20910 ensures consistent oil delivery to the pickup under any dynamic driving condition.

The kicked-out sump design expands the oil reservoir laterally, increasing capacity from stock to 5.5 quarts while preserving the 6-inch depth profile that allows the 20910 to work with OEM exhaust manifolds and most aftermarket header configurations without modification. The two pre-installed 1/2" NPT bungs eliminate a major fabrication headache on forced induction builds — one serves as the turbo or supercharger oil drain return, and the second accepts an oil temperature sender. The stock oil pump and pickup are retained, keeping installation straightforward and avoiding the need for additional hardware.
